Activation

The eSIM is activated when you scan the QR code on your mobile device. At that moment, the validity period of your plan begins to count.

Sharing internet

eSIM enables you to share internet with other users. We recommend exercising caution when doing so, as it can quickly deplete your plan's data allowance.

Speed

All our plans utilize the best available networks in each country, ensuring maximum 5G/4G speeds. UNLIMITED service: maximum speed up to 1GB per day, after consumption the speed drops to 384kbps

Calls

Los planes que tienen llamadas incluídas a ciertos destinos son los de 25GB y 36GB. En el caso de realizar llamadas o enviar SMS a números que no esten incluídos en el plan, el eSIM se bloqueará definitivamente y dejará de funcionar. Recuerda que también puedes realizar llamadas por WhatsApp a tus familiares, amigos y colegas y no dejes de estar comunicado al viajar!

It does not include a mobile number.

The 25GB plan is the only one that allows making local calls and calls to numbers in Europe. If you make calls to numbers other than those, your eSIM will be blocked and will cease to function. If you send SMS, it will also be blocked.

Avoid scanning your QR code multiple times unnecessarily.

The QR code can only be used on the mobile device where it was initially scanned and cannot be transferred.
