Avoid scanning your QR code multiple times unnecessarily.

The QR code can only be used on the mobile device where it was initially scanned and cannot be transferred. If you delete the eSIM from your cell phone, it cannot be activated again.

Activation

The eSIM is activated on the date indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. At that moment, the validity period of your plan begins to count.

Sharing internet

eSIM enables you to share internet with other users. We recommend exercising caution when doing so, as it can quickly deplete your plan's data allowance.

Speed

All our plans use the best networks available in each country, thus managing to offer the maximum 5G/4G speed.

UNLIMITED service: maximum speed up to 1GB per day, after consumption the speed drops to 384kbps
